Volkswind GmbH in Germany and Volkswind France have been certified as “Attractive Employers” by Great Place to Work® for the first time. The internationally recognised seal of quality attests to Volkswind’s above-average workplace culture, which is characterised by credibility, respect, fairness, team spirit and pride.
The “Great Place to Work® Certified” certification program of the international research and consulting institute stands for a special commitment to shaping the workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure. The certification is based on an anonymous survey conducted among Volkswind employees in October 2024. The questions for certification are based on the five different dimensions of an active, trust-based workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, team spirit and pride.
As the evaluation of the anonymous survey shows, 96 percent of all participants at the German locations think that Volkswind is a “Great Place to Work”, i.e. they agree that “all in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work”.
