Axpo hat den Verkauf von drei franz\u00f6sischen Windparks mit einer Gesamtleistung von 72 MW an einen von der EB – Sustainable Investment Management GmbH (EB-SIM) beratenen Artikel 9-Fonds vereinbart. Diese Transaktion ist ein weiteres Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie Axpo substanzielle Ertr\u00e4ge aus ihrem umfangreichen Windparkportfolio und ihrer Entwicklungspipeline generiert. Axpo beh\u00e4lt die technische und kommerzielle Verwaltung des Portfolios auch nach dem Verkauf. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Verkauf umfasst 21 hochmoderne Windkraftanlagen in den Regionen Centre-Val de Loire, Hauts-de-France und Nouvelle-Aquitaine in Frankreich. Die drei mit Nordex- und Vestas-Turbinen ausgestatteten Windparks wurden von Volkswind entwickelt und im Jahr 2022 in Betrieb genommen: Aiguillettes (18,0 MW), Moulin Berl\u00e9mont (28,8 MW) und P\u00e2tis aux Chevaux (25,2 MW). Axpo beh\u00e4lt die technische und kommerzielle Verwaltung des Portfolios auch nach dem Verkauf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcber den Verkaufspreis haben die Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die Transaktion unterliegt den \u00fcblichen Bedingungen und wird voraussichtlich in der ersten H\u00e4lfte des Jahres 2024 abgeschlossen. EB-SIM, eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Evangelischen Bank eG, fungiert als Berater des Fonds und wird den Fonds auch nach Abschluss der Transaktion bei der Verwaltung der Investition unterst\u00fctzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit der \u00dcbernahme von Volkswind im Jahr 2015 ist Axpo in der Planung, der Projektentwicklung, dem Bau, dem Unterhalt und der Bewirtschaftung von Windparks in Frankreich und Deutschland t\u00e4tig und hat mehr als 90 Windparks mit einer installierten Gesamtleistung von \u00fcber 1500 MW realisiert. In Frankreich ist Axpo eines der f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen in der Entwicklung und im Bau von Windparks. Neben den Kernm\u00e4rkten Deutschland und Frankreich entwickelt Axpo auch in der Schweiz, Rum\u00e4nien und Finnland nachhaltige Windenergie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


Im Rahmen der Verordnung \u00fcber die Offenlegung von Informationen \u00fcber nachhaltige Finanzierungen (SFDR) haben Artikel 9-Fonds durch nachhaltige Investitionen eine positive Auswirkung auf die Gesellschaft oder die Umwelt und stellen ein nichtfinanzielles Ziel in den Mittelpunkt ihres Angebots.
